The issue of when or whether to collect data on hayland has existed for quite some time. In reviewing the issue it seems like there have been many different answers given in the past leading to a potential lack of consistency in the data collections. For that reason, the NRI-GL team in Ames worked with the NRI-GL subject matter experts to develop a position statement in the form of a brief Q&A format. It is hoped that this document will provide a single point of clarification for anyone with NRI-GL hayland-related questions.
