Reports for Landowners
Much of the NRI Grazing Land on-site data are collected on privately-owned lands. Many times these landowners request summaries of data collected on these lands. The following two spreadsheets are provided as templates to generate reports summarizing NRI Grazing Land data for landowners:
- Rangelands (xlsm)
- Pasturelands (xlsm)
Instructions for the spreadsheet
Copy the cell data from four sheets obtained from the Grazing Land Data View (Reports web application) and paste them into spreadsheet downloaded above. Depending on what points data was collected on, the following ? will be either 1, 2, or 3.

After pasting the data into the correct sheets in the attached workbook, go to the Point Summary sheet. Select the Refresh Tables button and say Yes if it asks to overwrite data. After that, Select Delete Rows 1 to get rid of the blank cells.
You may have to enable macros in the downloaded Excel file.
